A “must-attend” program for all Human Resource practitioners & people Managers.

 

For any organization to continue surviving and improving, two key elements in its People management MUST be present:
 

a) It must have an effective & sustainable succession planning, and

b) There exist good and effective talent management structure and process to provide potential successors

 

Unfortunately, we see more cases where these do not exist. Companies continue to rely on certain key individuals for its success, resulting in high and often unmitigated “Key-Man Risk” and there seldom exist a formal talent management program that is capable of producing sufficient talent pool for development.
