COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR LEADERS
Introduction

A highly interactive program that focuses on building effective & “must-have” communication skills for leaders; i.e. to INSPIRE people into actions.
Participants will be exposed to proven practices and techniques in communicating EFFECTIVELY to different type of audiences in various types of situation using multiple communication platforms including written, verbal and non-verbal communication.
Participants will learn how to structure communication and deliver the MESSAGE in a way that inspires the people towards the desired actions.
Through ACTION LEARNING, participants are able to apply what they have learned immediately and obtain constructive feedback from our experienced facilitators.
