STRATEGIC PLANNING & EXECUTION
Introduction

A residential program for senior management teams to crystalize its aspirations for the organization into specific & clear measurable goals that will become the roadmap to achieve organization's vision and objectives. The focus of this program is to engage and align the Senior Management team towards the same strategic direction and lay down the foundation for successful execution of the strategies.

An intense program amidst a casual set up that includes formulation of:

Structured strategies and goals,

Key actions to achieve the goals,

Tracking/ governance mechanism, and

Communication plan to increase its effectiveness and probability of success.

Team will be “facilitated & challenged” in coming up with a “Strategic Blueprint” they will “own & commit” to. (The organization will have a plan & common goals that’ll pull together various people and teams. It also provides a great opportunity for the senior management team to bond together as a solid team.)
