COACHING FOR RESULTS

Introduction

Developing human capital is not the SOLE responsibility of the organization or the Human Resources team alone. As a matter of fact, the best learning always comes from practical experience, thus best done at work.
Great managers are normally good COACHES. Effective coaching will help unlock people's potential to maximize their own performance. Coaching managers will help unlock people’s potentials, develop thinking skills, build confidence, and train staff to make better decisions at work.
This 2-day classroom program will help Managers become better coaches. Topics covered will include:
-
Foundations to EFFECTIVE coaching
-
Skills on how to manage various coaching situations and challenges
-
Communication techniques in coaching
-
Coaching techniques, tips, and tools.
The “share-practice-debrief” method will be widely used to allow better translation of learning into practice. Participants will also come up with a Coaching Plan they will take back and apply to their talents/ team members.
